How much does a flower bar cost in Los Angeles?

Our bouquet bar packages run $45 to $90 per guest, depending on the package and how many stems each guest gets. Minimums start at $800. Use the estimate calculator above for a ballpark, and we'll send a custom quote within 48 hours.

How does the bouquet bar work?

We arrive 60 to 90 minutes early and set up a styled flower display, often right out of the bed of our baby-blue 1972 Ford truck. Guests pick their own stems, we wrap each bouquet, and they take it home. Every package includes 2 hours of bar time.

Where do you travel?

Travel is included up to 25 miles from Downtown LA. Events 25 to 50 miles away add $100, and we quote anything farther separately.

How many guests can you handle?

Our packages are built for 20 to 150 guests, and The Company Car works for any headcount. Planning something bigger? Reach out and we'll make a plan together.

How do I book?

Send us your date and details through the Check your date form. We'll confirm availability and send a final invoice within 48 hours. A 50% non-refundable deposit holds your date, and the balance is due 7 days before your event.

Can you match our colors or brand?

Yes. Share your palette or a Pinterest board when you inquire and we'll confirm flowers in your quote. The Company Car package includes a palette matched to your brand.

Do you do weddings?

We offer full-service wedding florals, with or without the truck, for a handful of dates in 2027.

Can we rent the truck for a photo or video shoot?
